Depends on shock valving. Less compression we ran them at more angle. More compression we use less. Many variables but we like them as high as we can get them at the most angle possible. Also depends...
-
Sounds like to light on the rr, to much LR hike, and not much LF drop out.

You can run 38* timing on your high compression motors all day long and run e60-e85 without changing anything. You're not going to find any noticeable gain past e60.
-
You won't find changes above e60. More timing won't get you anything. E85 is an easy 30+ hp/TQ. I've tuned a lot of cars fuel injected and carb and it's great. Just make sure you change that oil...

What your car looks like on track tells a real driver and crew chief what's going on. The attitude and sound tells you everything always.
-
Raise roof and simply add another loop on top of the halos. Gusset the corner of each one and that'll be plenty strong.
-
Rate is Rate and height is height. A 200 20" is the same as a 200 11". Move the weight jack down 9" and have the same (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) thing. The...

You don't need 20. That simple.
-
Right side frame rail. But just keep raising square till you don't bottom out hard we used about 5" travel on rf at times.
-
Had one done it. Throw a 650 rf and 700 LF. Too loose getting in? Bring in the rr or put out the rf. Get ride height in front about 6.5-7". You'll drag frame if not.
-
We chain just the birdcage as we dont want the chain affecting rear end rotation with the pull bar.
-
Camaros are a thing of the past. Can't get momentum/center speed outta them. Ditch them and know how to set up a car at every corner and have it work for you. The camaros will bind up and simply suck...

Sliders BSB, coil over anything basically, shocks, non bulb and base valve on some anyone, moog/QA1s joints, birdcages they're basically the same now price wise and same bearings, coils...
-
We have our shock mounted on top of the rear end at top of the birdcage. There is no difference if you know what you're doing. Nothing is different at all too or bottom if located in the same motion...

They're loaded upper bars on left and right sides. Big deal. Want the spring rates and preload as well as over all preload and travel? Just lighten them LR springs and get some good rebkindin the rr...
-
I feel there is a maximum amount of caster I like. To much and it'll straighten up to hard and quick. Make it lazier till it's just enough.
-
We chain our car because the rr comes unloaded without it. We also run 11-12@ j bar rake. Once we passed 7-8" it would start lifting the rr off the spring. Chain at ride height and run the j bar...
-
Are you losing any in the center? Like is it a little tight at all?
-
To much j bar can make a loose on throttle feel. More drive off but unload rr. I've seen cars win on dry with 3" split and cars win with 11" split. Length is a factor too. I've seen 19" win and 22"...

What is everyone feeling when they go up or down in cross. I've had a few of my drivers running different percentages. What is everyone's input on cross? I'm trying to add cross to one of my drivers...

Camber and caster gains as well as anti dive. Depends what you want and how you want it. Lots of ways to do it.
-
Look at their records now vs then. Also they have shocks built to their specs not what fox recommends. Many have taken The fox shocks apart and substituted other parts such as the pistons that don't...
-
Show me who's doing well on their stuff... if you only knew what crap is inside of it and how unfinished they are as well as not consistent.
-
Camaros can't get through the corner if their life depended on it. Simply a drive off car. Metric can get you the speed by carrying way more momentum. Love watching the "fast boy" set ups get smoked...

Why don't you shorten the right side?
