I must not be reading the first post correctly, but high LS % in the slick will make you loose on entry...

your just changing the size of the tire on the scales.... spring rate of the tire applies on the track....just like the air pressure affects grip on the track.... doing it on the front will affect...

yes, we run an old harris 4 link mod and we have always run the 1" on the RF like the setup sheet calls for.... we run the spring close to the setup sheet .... and when others say " your RF spring is...

most 4 link setups are Left rear, shock front, coil over elim / spring rear.... Right rear, coil-over shock front... common set up for shocks is 4/4 right rear, 8/2 left rear.... comp/reb

winters has a catalog you can download... it has everything you need to see ... drawings, part numbers..... I just got through doing what your about to do... make sure you heat the bells slightly to...

its hard to measure from the ball joints because most chassis's have the front snout welded on at an angle....l drop plumb bobs from the car in 6 spots and use a string / nails on a long 2x4 under...

when someone says they are running 40# of bite or 40# of wedge...... the LR tire weighs 40# more than the RR tire....
when you read -40, they are running 40# of RR

are you running a brake floater? our 09 shaw was ALWAYS tight on entry with the brake floater... Raise the LS % a 1/2 % and increase bite to 60# and remove the 90-10 if your on a brake floater....
