I guess I am not politically correct. The truth about the obvious is there is video floating around the web of Mars assaulting the guy over the top of a 4 wheeler until the rack on the 4 wheeler...

Did Jimmy Mars get arrested after he assaulted a crew member after Saturday nights Dirt Kings race at Deer Creek. Police had his hauler pulled over on the highway.

After having a Race fan explode in the shop, we switched to Gorsuch. They work awesome. Been on them for 2 seasons and the temps have been lower than any other fan we have used even on hot muggy...

If the trans has recently been worked on, my guess would be that the high/low shift shaft is in upside down. That puts the detent notches in the wrong position and will do what you are describing....

No I don't see it as fair or a good thing to do.
If a promotor can decide the amount they are going to pay the purse at any time (even after the race is run), the racer should be able to decide...

LIKE EVERY OTHER RACER IN AMERICA, * I RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST / ALTER / CHANGE WHAT I PAY FOR PIT PASS/ENTRY FEE AT ANY TIME. (THIS INCLUDES RAISING / LOWERING A PIT PASS/ENTRY FEE DUE TO NEW...

I agree. We need to get rid of all the exotic parts on these race cars. Not just titanium and carbon fiber but magnesium and aluminum too. We don't need aluminum bodies, let's outlaw them and go back...

How is it possible that a car that is at least 25 years old has the same deck as the "modern day wedge cars" that have recently caused the cost of racing to sky rocket? There are some that need to...

They have fake synthetic dirt. It is call asphalt. Always seems to put on a poor show. Most people don't even consider it racing.

What about your sparkling personality? That has to figure in for something! Lol

Those that try to call today's cars "modern day wedge cars" need to look at what real wedge cars were. Today's small bodies do not have a fraction of the aero wedge car had. Those cars were insane...

Only ten cars were running at the end. Only five were on the lead lap. And the 74 and 99 got dqed. (both from the lead lap). Larson was the first car a lap down.
Congratulations to Scott James, he...

Anvelink was not at the Dirt King show last fall at Wilmot. Not sure if he has run there before or not.

Bend goes to the rack side and it is not for frame clearance, it is to keep the rack side heim on the non-slotted racks from binding up when you plant the nose.

I do not believe that information is correct. KSE's standard pump has a 1/4" fuel section whether is is the old style square pump or the new tandem X pump. The 1/4" standard pump is used on all gas...

I measure it on the j-bar mount or the rear cover surface. Driveshaft or trans is not used in finding the pinion angle.

When I see streaking on the floor of the intake manifold from the head surface to the plenum it is usually an intake gasket that is failing. It will be a black sticky trail, heavier near the head...

Yes. A weak battery will cause the starter to not push the idler wheel completely into the flywheel causing it to kick out.
-
You need to shim the flywheel back on the crankshaft. If the bell housing idler wheel is not engaging deep enough into the flywheel, the starter will keep kicking out and skipping. Bert makes a shim...

Charlie Swartz did that 30 years ago. Had them on both left and right, from the top of the cage forward to the upper shock mount. Ran it half a season before he cut them back off.

Press Release from DBM

BLP 's are excellent and great people to work with.

Better take a look at what is under the hood of the top dirt drivers using Fords. D3 heads are outdated technology. I don't think you will find them used by the top teams.
