you have to be more specific. what rules ,tracks, ect it all make a big difference. have you driven before ? a good motor builder should ask everything . it depends on your budget also.

you don't have enough info to really find whats wrong .heres a list of things to check .ring gap,intake bottoming out on ends or machined wrong , crack in piston ,oil returns pluged,crack in intake...
