The PTGP actually was not going to happen at all this year.

Jeff Greer stepped in and is promoting it; so he is not ruining it, he is saving it. He should be applauded and supported. If it does not work this year then it will be gone. Simple as that.

The Mag is a great faciity and it will be a good show. If it is cold, the FREE trackside parking at the Mag will be a huge help in drawing fans. Sit in your warm car and watch the races.

Word is that the response has been great from drivers and fans.

We all love the Bullring but sometimes you gotta pay the bills and make a business decision.

Also updating the format as Jeff has already made some positive changes to promote the event:

The Nesmith National Late Model Series purse has been upped to $2,500 to win for the Saturday nite show.

The Modified purse was raised to $700 to win on Saturday.

Kajun Mini Stocks are now racing for $750 to win during the weekend.

Don't forget 2 full PRO Series Super Late Model shows-$5,000 Possible to win
    $2,000 to win Friday nite
    $3,000 to win Saturday nite
