    Did NASCAR finally put there foot down on this?

    I don't know about Cup but there were about seven or eight start and parkers in the Nationwide race yesterday

    It just guys trying to make a living. NASCAR needs the full field and they get some points and good graces from NASCAR. Its a sign of the times. I'd rather have them then a field of 20 cars to start.

    Make it like a short track show.Heats, semi, then the big show.If you can't make it too bad.

    but they do make it.... They just choose to not run the whole event for lack of funds. I have no problem with it, the barrier of entry into any Nascrap racing is so high now its foolish to even try it without a Rockefeller or Gates backing you. They setup the rules to keep modestly funded, but perhaps exceedingly talented people from whooping up on the heavily sponsored spokes models(so called cup drivers). Lots of glitter, but not much substance.
