starting to get excited after watching EPJ, FRANCIS,DAVENPORT,DEWITT,JUSTIN LABONTE,AND A BARRY WRIGHT CAR #93 WHICH WAS THE FASTEST ALL NIGHT. TRACK WAS A LITTLE SLOWER THAN USUAL(WHICH IS A GOOD THING)IT WAS ABOUT 3/4 SECOND OFF WHICH WOULD OF MADE FOR GREAT RACING. JUSTIN LABONTE (TERRY LABONTES SON) WAS GETTING AROUND THE TRACK VERY GOOD, HE WAS FASTER THAN EPJ MOST OF THE NIGHT. EARL BETTER TIGHTING UP.

Default ONE DOLLAR REFUND AT Golden Isles for Every Driver who doesn't show up

Will I get ONE DOLLAR back from my ticket purchase for every one of these drivers that do NOT show up? Seems only fair if you are SURE that they will all be there.

Well sounds to me like if he's sure they'll all be there you won't be getting any money back.

I just think its only fairest to the fans if we pay to see all of these drivers that the tracks garanteeing will be there, so if they dont race and fans has already paid then we can get a dollar back for each one who dont come is just fair for the fans that believed in the track enough to buy tickets and travel to the race where the track says the drivers will be. And I've heard that some of the drivers who are on that last arent going to be able to come and race.
    whodunnit?

You guys really need to look at alittle more promotion of this event.
Went to North Florida Speedway Sat night, very packed stands,
at the ticket booth you were given a promotion card of Volusias speedweeks
as well as every car in the parking lot got one on their windshield, not a bad idea to
    attract the casual fan.
Those of us that go somewhere weekly know of these events, many people
I talked to in the stands didnt know of the GIS event this week and the
hopefully incredible field of cars that will be there, many said they were going now.
Based on the number of people that I may have sent
to your stands, maybe a free t-shirt or something is in order, Just a thought!
    Lets hope the weather cooperates.
If weather is a problem for 1 or both nights, is sunday an option?

The other thing that kind of bugs me, at GIS, when the race is over, every car just
just leaves the track, its the only track Ive been to where the winner doesnt get
out on the frontstrech for pictures and the crowd, I dont know about anyone else but
I like to see and hear a few words from the winner.
Other than that, the racing is great !

Actually the weather is easing up for Sat...weather.gov is usually more accurate and it is showing partly cloudy...weather.com just changed sat to 40 percent from 70

we would not put any driver on our page without there web page or without talking to them. A couple of drivers have had change of plans(will vaught, ivedent lloyd, jimmy owens). Some of the drivers are already there schlieper, madden. Bloomer and tyler red(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) are on the way. some drivers may have a change of plans but we cant read there minds. As for cars not hanging around after the race they have to hurry up and get to east bay for parking.SO REMEMBER DRIVERS LIST SUBJECT TO CHANGE
