Schlenk to be Honored as UMP DIRTcar National Champion/Sets Date and Venue for 1st Annual Rusty Schlenk Race Party!

On Saturday night January 8, Rusty Schlenk will be "officially" Crowned the 2010 UMP DIRTcar Late Model National Champion. The Awards Banquet will be held at The Crown Plaza Hotel, located at 3000 Dirksen Parkway, in Springfield, Illinois. "Winning the National Championship was one of our goals at the beginning of the season, and we're proud to have achieved it, but 2010 was full of Blessing for us. We're extremely grateful, and all this couldn't have happened without the help and support of many people, too many to list here, but they know who they are" stated the Young and Talented Champion, from his Race Shop in Jackson, Michigan. On Saturday night January 29 Rusty Schlenk Racing will host it's First Ever Race Party. "We've wanted to do this party for our fans for several years now, and this year we are going to make it happen! Again, a big thank you to all the people who helped to get the details worked out, we're really excited about it. Hopefully this will be the first of many for our Fans, Friends, and Families". The venue for the First Annual Rusty Schlenk Race Party will be the Main Street Bar&Grill, located at 141 Main Street, Toledo, Ohio. Preparation for the 2011 season is well under way. Rusty Schlenk Racing will be using Lazer Chassis' in 2011. "We are consistently upgrading our program, and several new product sponsors will help us in 2011 and beyond" said Rusty, via telephone conversation.
