    Default Lift Bar

A lot of talk about a lift bar but has anyone one actually run one on a mod? What shock are you using?

lots of people run them on mods. Hughes chassis's use mostly lift arms. I know some skyrockets and grt's do also. Its pretty common really. As far as what shock/spring combo, i cant really help you there.

I dont know from experience, but first hand from a buddy that drives. He is a throttle smasher and said it really really hooked up for him in the slick. He didnt have to ease into the gas as much, could pretty much just mash it and go. Said it didnt seam to work as good in the tack as a pull bar, but when it got marginal or slick, it really helped him hook up.
