New engine rules came out. They are 1) untouched Edlebrock 2701 intake. 2)Holley 4412

What combo, how much HP and TQ, and lastly how much $$$. Assume everything is topnotch, but not wasteful.

This is for a 3100 lb Streetstock, posi, Hoosier 970 tire.
