looking for a starting point on rear springs and shocks for a metric
i have been runnin camaros for 12 to 13 years. i am stumpped on a rear sprong and shock setup for my new metric chassis. the guy that installed cage says he would start with a 225 250 spring and a 7-3 and 5-5 valving. dunno sounds a lil heavy to me. but then again driving a metric is night and day from a camaro. the camaro was a 150 and 175 with a 6 3 valve and a 5 5 valve and sometime a stock shock with a hole drilled in it.
just looking for a place to start and work from thanks yall
the most peacefull time is sitting in the staging lane strapped in helment on and waiting for the green light to move on track.
