Got a message last night saying that North Georgia Speedway will infact be opening for the "2011" Season. This is some more good news.....if anyone else is hearing this also please post it here.

I seen where they had 3 Volunteer Racing Series (VRS) races scheduled.

I hope this is true... we need 3 or so SRRS races and a SAS or two and we will be right where we need to be. Since i heard it wasnt going to be open i have been trying to convince myself i was going to drive to Dixie every weekend and that is something i dont want to have to do since NGS is in my back yard.

Boyd,s rules will cost them half of the limited field.

It may cost them a few limited cars that normally run NGS but it will bring in lots of other cars that normally don't run NGS so it is gonna hurt some one somewhere no way around it.... if they run the rules they had last year won't get many boyd's cars , but by adapting Boyd's rules it will increase over all car count which could increase fans in the seats...

i think the fuel that was sold last year was base racing fuel it was sold by the track promoter .
