Hot laps have been bumped to 12 Noon. Hour by Hour forecast looks very good after Noon and there is no rain falling now. We have a little wind and the temp is about 60* so things are looking better.

We are looking to get BOTH shows in today / tonight. Once we get going the racing should be excellent elbows-up stuff with a heavy track.

Oh crap. I just woke up 10 minutes ago. Sorry, can't make it as I am over an hour out once I did get rolling. Just as well since the zero is probably there and I am in no mood to see any butt kissing. Guess, I will try and make Ocala for sprints.

track website or promotor, kelcar motorsports facebook page, nothing!
I hope they didnt get paid much

Tom. calling for a sunny day ,today and tonight probably a crapshoot, why not plan ahead and shoot for 1 race tom, and 1 on sunday the 20 th after volusia,
Gives you time to get the word out on both which is well needed.

Seems that sunday between east bay and volusia was a good idea for ocala, sunday after
volusia might be good too as everyone is headed back that way.
Just a thought!

Track looked really wet yesterday from the videos I saw and that was before the lastest round of rain came. Could be a while.

GIS owner Frankie Lloyd just said in a DixieDirtTV interview that he feels confident they will get at least one show in today/tonight but he remains hopeful of getting both in.

Grader on track now. They wont start at 1 though. Clouds are thinning out for the moment too.

Lloyd indicated that it would be a while before racecars would be on the track. Not going to put equipment on track to start working it in until some natural drying has taken place.

It's raining in Brunswick right now. Radar says plenty of rain in area. Why don't they just plan on doing the Double header tomorrow. Start at 10 AM and they can get both in before the football Super Bowl. Just a thought.
