07 blue frontend setup help

i have a 07 blue frontend im needing some help with setting it up it has all the extra holes for you 4 link bars, i need to know where neautral is. it has the short brackets on the left side upper and lower. it has the wide rf option and its currently set in, kinda need some help on there to start with spring alsoÉÉ thanks for any ehlp you may be able to give about the blue frontend stuff thanks kp

your top bars should be in the bottom holes/ and your bottom bars should be in the 2nd hole up for nut.they say that the grey spindle is more for big corners on the throttle, and blue steers quicker for tighter corners, I was told to move the r.f. out and leave it thier. the starting point for spgs. is L.F.550,R.F.375,L.R.200,R.R.225 HOPE THIS HELPS.
