    Judging by what dirtondirt says about the track condition, it sounds like there'll be lots of cautions and some banged up cars tonight. Might be why so many drivers decided not to make the second consolation race.

    After the Saturday heat race in East Bay it could get real interesting if Bloomquist catches up to Hubbard.

    No doubt. I'd say if those two get close there will be some paint swapped if Bloomquist doesn't put his nose to Hubbard right off the bat.

    Richards had a flat with 5 to go and still finished 5th. Must not have been many cars left out there.

    I believe this damage was caused when Bub clipped an infield tire.
