To answer your question, the Speedway 915-15002 is a good baseline cam. This is the tight lash faster ramp design. 531/537 - 248/256 @106. I've ran all but one of this series and they are a good value. If you have the funds put a set of 1.6 rockers on, this cam loves them. Get a new set of springs to match the cam. Its important to run a zinc breakin additive and continue with a racing oil with zinc afterward.
    Good luck.

    Thanks!!

Im deciding between the 002 speedway, and the 108 JR motorsports cam. heard good things about both, just might have to get both of them and see which one the motor likes more.

Ive ran all the speedway cams in the past. the 002 is the best but only good to about 6400 maybe 6500. same with the number 8 but 8 is a poor quality cam and some work some dont I wouldnt take one of those for free unless I was putting it in motor to go swap it.

I sold a motor last year around this time that won 6 races for me with a 15002 in it, it was a 406 and 6200 rpm was all I wanted though.
