    Default Chub Daniels Memorial Race/Winter Meltdown @ SNM 2/25-27/11

    Just saw that the purse just went from $6000 to $20,000 to win for Sundays race at Southern New Mexico with Fri and Sat both paying $2000 to win..Will this change anyones mind on going ?? Will Gustin, Houghs, Shyrock, Phillips, Payne, Sanders and the other USMTS and USRA top dogs be there..How about the Scott brothers ?? Should be a good show..

    You forgot that if you win all three races, there is a $10,000 bonus. $30,000 , not bad for 3 days of working(what am I saying, racing's not working just good fun). Hope we get a few more cars, but, 80 or 90 will still be a great show. Good luck to everybody.

    If you were wondering why Stormy Scott was in any of the A-mains this weekend, It's because his new car isn't ready so he was driving Holly Jones's back-up. It's tough switching from a GRT by Phillips to a Skyrocket chassis! He just couldn't get the traction and handling needed to beat such an amazing field of drivers.
