Default Camaro Vs. Metric Lower A Arms

I have a camaro front sub on my car currently with all camaro front end parts. I need to replace the right front lower arm, bent, can I use a metric arm and if so, does it change anything in the front end, ie caster, camber?
I see speedway sells a stock arm that fits both, but I didn't think they were the same.

speedway has lots of errors and b.s stuff they sell.

I got a gas pedal the other day that was not the same as pictured at all, it was the same as the one I have though and dont want in the car I bought, lol.

crown vic wont fit without a ton of work.

Just looked at speedway's camaro/metric lowers. It says they fit a big metric such as an impala, caprice type car

Those lowers, if I remember correctly, are the same as Camaro, but take a larger ball joint and larger bushings. May have to ream spindle for ball joint to work...
