OLD Rocket Chassis Late 90's w/ 2004 Rear Updates

Have an old late 90's Rocket 2" Round Tube Black Front End Chassis with 2004 rear updates . I need a complete baseline for it to run a tight 3/8 bull ring (like East Bay I hear) Turn and Stomp. Car is hiking the Front terribly. I need bar angles,springs, weights, Ride heights, 5 Coil rate and location, Shock settings(afco double adjustable) and the pressures as well, Rear End width and positioning as well as J bar settings, LR axle droop. Car is a Steel Block Steel Aftermarket 23* Head Dry Sump Engine. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Anyone at all? Any help or insight on to if the rocket book could help me with this chassis or setup help would be greatly appreciated
