    i have a 567 roller head i would like to know what to set the vavle at is it .10/.10 or what thanks for any help

    why not just contact the cam manufacturer and ask?

    well the cam card should show you the manufacturer,as well as hot and cold lash..if you dont have a cam card,how do you plan on achieving maximum power?

    Post the numbers stamped into the back face of the cam, maybe someone can help.

    if its a Crane cam it will also have numbers stamped on the snout.

    2020B just means that it's a roller cam. That's the part number of the cam core, not the grind on it...

    In the end, you don't need a cam card, you just need to degree in the cam. After you have degree'd in the cam, you will know the duration @ .050" of both the intake and exhaust as well as the lobe seperation angle between the two lobes. Once you know the lobe seperation, you should degree in (adjust) the cam so that the intake centerline is = to the LSA. That's a good starting point. After that, you can adjust the cam to help perk up the bottom OR help the power carry better on top, by adjusting the cam gear. Adv. 2,3, or 4 degrees= more punch off the bottom at the expense of some power over the top. Retard 2,3, or 4 degrees = wider powerband with a less harsh "hit" and improved power over the top. Usually, there is a happy spot that makes nearly the best of both worlds, that's where you'll want to run it!
