    Default Spoiler angle ?

Running mostly on a average length 3/8 dry oval, what is a good spolier angle?

    Default Spoiler Angle

My guess would be 60 to 80 degrees. You might cause a push if there is not enough down force on front though.

We run 55degees on our l/m.There is a piont if you stand it up to much the air starts spinning like in the bed of a pickup truck with the tailgate up.If you get some downforce on the tail of a mod it might make it handle worse because there is no downforce on the nose. You can work with springs but if you can stick the nose with downforce it would be better.

My previous car had a steep angle on the spoiler, it had a driveable push out of the turns, but sometimes would snap loose without any warning.
I think on the new car we are gonna startat 40 to 50 deg, also gonna try to if possible build some type of down force in the front.

The spoiler angle is very important in the car for races..!! The average angle is about 50 degree...!!!
