purple rocket spindles

quick question friend got a car this year 07 blue front right front spindle is purple and had a sticker that said purple test 6184-2 wondering if anyone has seen this spindle you can also see blue paint under the purple

Sounds to me like someone was trying to play a head game or something. I have personally never heard of purple Rocket spindles but then again I am not an authority in the matter. John 1*
