Default What clip do I have????

Bought the car from someone who knew little about it. I was told it was a metric clip, however.....

Upper A-arm (RF) on the car measures 9 3/4" from the back side of the shaft to the center of the balljoint, and with no adjustment left I still have about 8 degrees camber. I thought I needed about a 10.5 inch arm to solve the problem and have adjustment either way from there. I have some factory uppers, but can't use them due to shock running through the center. Measuring the stock ones I have the same way, it measured 10.5. So I look up metric tubular arms to replace them, and see those are 8 and 8.5".

Scratching my head on this one....

Found out it is a chevelle clip, it looks the upper mount was moved in towards the motor. Any idea where I'd get a 10.5" to 11" upper a-arm that fits chevelle?
