    Default Ford T-Bird Springs

I have a 83 Ford T-bird ( Fox chassis ) superstock what is a good starting point for the spring rates front and rear? The car has to weigh 2900 lbs. It will also be run on a 1/2 mile semi- banked track. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

1100 rf, 1000 lf, 250rr, 275 lr if you're running a 351w, lil bit lighter on the front springs with a 302. The rear spring rates may seem high compared to metrics, but they are on a swing arm so you have to factor in the motion ratio. This is what I started with, and it was a good baseline for a 351w.
