Ok all this bump stop talking. What's the deal with using one and how's it help a car?

" What's the key to a bump stop working" lots of money to waste on testing to get it right and a good shock guy . just stick to the basic this bump stop stuff can get you in trouble real fast if you dont know what your doing. i saw a guy junk a new mastersbilt last spring running it on a semi choppy track and it put him in the wall.

There is something to be said about running on the bump stop. I would say it is nice if you run a clean air car. If you run in traffic you won't be for long. Can you say back marker? Really though, I would stay with what is most consistant. That is what wins championships!
