Power Steering Trouble

Kinda stumped on this one and hoping someone can steer me in the right direction... The power steering reservoir seems to build heat almost instantly once the car starts... The servo is the style which is mounted in the steering shaft and all lines seem to appear correct any other things I should be checking..

Let me guess, its next to the header? If it is, put a heat shield around it.
