    Post Bj parker

    It is with sad news that i inform you that legandary promoter and friend bj parker was called home to be with the lord late last night monday april 4th.

    Funeral arrangements are:
    CRESTVIEW FUNERAL HOME
    5250 VETERANS MEMORIAL DRIVE
    ADAMSVILLE, AL 35005

    Family will receive friends on Wednesday April 6th from 5:30PM - 8:00PM CDT
    Funeral services will be at 11AM on Thursday April 7th at Crestview Funeral Home Chapel

    On behalf of the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series, I send thoughts and prayers to the B.J. Parker Family. Dirt Late Model Racing is a better sport thanks to B.J.'s vision and work. He will be missed.

    On behalf of All Revved Up TV Show, and North GA Speedway, prayers go out to the entire family. BJ Parker was definitely a great pioneer to the greatest sport on earth, and his presence will always remain.

    B.J. will be missed by everyone that ever knew him. He was a wonderful man who always had a smile for me every time I saw him. He always had a joke for me and managed to make me laugh when I was feeling down. He loved racing and was a huge contributor to our sport. Not many like him around anymore....

    He did so much for the sport in the south...

    He was a true ambassador and will be missed.

    So Sorry to hear this sad news. BJ was an asset to Racing and a Friend to us all. My Thoughts and Prayers will be with the Parker Family during this time of grief.

    Default Another Legend tumbles

    Another Legend tumbles in Alabama.

    Mike Head reminded me that Jimmy Mosteller is the last remaining great racing promoter (altho he's best known as an announcer in recent years). And Jimmy's not doing very well.

    Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of B.J. Parker. He will be missed. It was a privilege to know him and be a competitor in his racing events.

    A great gentelman of racing and one of our all time favorite promotors. RIP at the big race track in the sky. You will be dearly missed.

    sorry to hear about BJ nice person to talk to i liked BJ hadn't seen him since 1979 GOD be with him he will be remember
