Side by side, broadsliding, rim riding action will once take place this Friday night April 8th at Paducah Internatiional Raceway. This week we will once again feature the Ultra powerful UMP Late Models, the always competitive UMP Modifieds, The close quarters racing UMP Pro Late Models, The side by side action of the UMP Street Stocks, The fender banging UMP 4 Cylinder Warriors, and the Heroes of tomorrow High School Warriors.

Can last weeks winners of Craig Smith (Late Model), Justin Houston (Modifieds), Ronnie Cooper (Pro Late Models), Mike Watson (Street Stocks), Matt Hartman (4 cylinder Warriors) and Blake Martin (High School Warriors) repeat this week or will some new challengers rise to the occasion and pick up their first features of the young season?

There was some great racing last week and we expect no less this week. Can Tanner English move up one spot and claim a victory or will Kevin Cole, Dylan Thompson, Jeff Walston, Terry English, Randy Sellars, Jason McBride, Nick Lyons or one of our other fine competitors take the UMP Late Model victory?

Justin Houston served notice that he is the force to be contended with when it comes to the 2011 Modified season championship. The Pro late model division is clearly a toss-up this year with several strong competitors showing great early season form.

Mike Watson let everyone know that he is back to challenge for the Street Stock championship, along with Snake Hobbs, Tony Cruse and many others this divisiion could prove to be one of the most competitive races in years.

The 4 Cylinder Warriors and High School Warriors both had several new competitors there on Friday. Many more cars are expected to be ready in the next several weeks.

Don't forget the Fire breathing, Methanol Burning, Winged World of Outlaw Sprint Cars will be attacking the High banks of Paducah Internatiional next Friday April 15th. Along with such stars as Steve Kinser, Sammy Swindell, Jason Myers, and several others Nascar stars Tony Stewart and Kenny Wallace will be driving their UMP Modifieds in competition next Friday.
