    Default how to make a fan shroud

    can any one give me the measurements and how to make a fan shroud for a std rad in a rocket chassis??

    thats how i built mine! otherwise you can build a custom one out of a sheet of aluminum. some fancy bending and rivits

    the way we looked at it is a sheet of aluminum cost $65 in our neck of the woods plus all the time of bending and shaping and blah blah blah or we could just buy the premade one for $70 and just run it. just make sure you get the right width for the radiator your run.

    When we went to a double pass radiator, Howe shroud, and 17" flex fan we went from running 240* during features to 200* and the flex fan made the motor feel way more responsive! even on the hottest days
