    Default Standard bert rear seal

    What rear seal fits the standard bert at any parts store. Part # ? Thanks.

    Hell just ask for a tailshaft seal for 1969 Chevy powerglide, I think it's a national seal# 9613S. If that isn't right I been usin the wrong one for years.

    its been awhile but i THINK its the same as a turbo 350 trans,powerglide may be the same also,good luck!

    yes they are the same as turbo 350 and the powerglide. if you have a trany repair shop in your area.they'll have them much cheaper.that seal comes in all gm trany repair kits and they don't use them in the 4 wheel drive trany's so they tend to build up around the shop.I got 20 seals for 5 buck's at my local trany shop.

    # for the seal & tail-shaft bushing is 5200.

    Thanks. He had the car loaded & was on the way to the track. Stopped on the way to the track & picked one up at a parts store after i relayed the info & changed it before the races. Thanks for the info. I knew the Bert part # but that did know good at the parts store.
