Leaf or three bar

I am puting together a super street and was wondering if i should go with three bar or leaf spring.Please help i am new to dirt racing any info would help thanks,this is a 2x3 tube car with a stock clip

Depends, what type of top link can you use w/the 3 link?
Camaro or Chrysler leafs?
W/a biscuit or spring pull bar, I'd go w/the 3 link. 2nd would be the Chrysler leafs. What are the fast cars on in you area?
Around here, they have to use a solid top link and the 3 link cars normally are faster than the Camaro leafs.(Chrysler leafs not allowed.) Especially when track slicks off.
