CARTERSVILLE, GA – NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series officials have been notified by officials at Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, TN that this Saturday night’s NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Touring race has been cancelled due to the track temporarily closing.

The next two events for the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Tour will be on May 20 at Penton Raceway in Penton, AL with a 40-lap $2,000-to-win race, and on May 21 at New Senoia Raceway in Senoia, GA with a 50-lap $2,500-to-win race.

NeSmith Tour competitors are invited to visit New Senoia Raceway this Saturday, May 14th, and tune up for the double header weekend the following Friday and Saturday.

NeSmith Crate Late Model rules. Draw for qualifying. Two laps qualifying. Straight up start from qualifying results. 25-lap Feature. $800 to win (17+ competitors); $700 to win (less than 17 competitors).

Pit passes are $25. Children (under 55" inches tall) are $12.

Grandstand admission is $12 for adults. Kids 12 & under are FREE this Saturday.
