42' Cargomate with living quarters
I have for sale a very nice used 2009 42’ Cargomate Trailer gooseneck hitch. (Will sell 2006 GMC 3500 if needed as tow vehicle for extra) It has 17’ living quarters and 25’ cargo bay. There is a 40,000 BTU furnace and 15,000 BTU A/C unit roof mounted. A 6 gallon water heater, 27 gallon fresh water tank, and two 27 gallon holding tanks. There is a deluxe bathroom with a shower and an exterior shower. A microwave, 6 cuft refrigerator, and coffee maker are in the kitchenette. Queen size bed and two fold down twin beds with new bedding included. Removable pedestal table. 12 volt dome lights on a wall switch. Six interior receptacles.
