    Default torque arm

how straight should the torque arm be with the car on the ground. Mine seems to be a little crooked? I run the car pretty flat with no lift...

Straight side to side or level?

As far as the level front to back goes, generally you try to level out the holes (or slider part) where the shock goes with the pinion angle set. That way you can change the distance the shock is mounted with out having to make adjustments to the coil over.

Side to side... I'd say generally it should be fairly parallel with the frame, but you can pull the bottom one way or the other to change the handling too.
