Morgan Bagley Scores Win #4 of 2011 at USA Speedway

Longview, Texas (06/28/11) – Morgan Bagley rode his #14m McMillan Motorsports/Rocket By Club 29 Super Late Model to his fourth feature win of 2011 on Friday night at USA Speedway (Sterlington, Louisiana).

Friday night was another trip to USA Speedway (Sterlington, Louisiana) that was rewarded with another win on the year for Morgan Bagley. The only difference would be that the young driver, would claim this win with the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series, which was his first ever with the tour.

Twenty-four Super Late Models entered the event, and after winning his heat race, Bagley started on the outside front row alongside Trey Beene for the 35 lap, $2,000 to win event. at the drop of the green flag, Bagley shot to the lead, and it would be the last time that the competitors would have a chance at him as he led all 35 laps of the caution free event to claim his fourth win of the year over Beene, Timothy Culp, Johnny Virden, and Jon Mitchell.

On Saturday night Bagley took part in the back end of the weekend's CCSDS doubleheader, which was held at Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana). Twenty-eight Super Late Models entered the $2,000 to win event, and Morgan earned the 11th starting spot for the feature event via heat race action. The car would be slightly off for the 35 lap main event, and Morgan would battle it to a 14th place finish at the checkered flag.

The upcoming weekend, July 1st-3rd, will be a busy time for Morgan and McMillan Motorsports as the O'Reilly SUPR point's leader and rookie of the year leader takes part in a triple header with the O'Reilly SUPR tour. The action opens on Friday, July 1st at 171 Speedway (Leesville, Louisiana) with a $2,000 to win event before moving on to Champion Park Speedway (Minden, Louisiana) on Saturday, July 2nd for a $3,000 to win event and concludes on Sunday night at Lone Star Speedway (Kilgore, Texas) with a $2,500 to win event.
