    Lake Cumberland Speedway Saturday Night July 23rd MAC METAL 40 $2000.00 to Win Super Late Models. United Super DirtCar Series.

    Lake Cumberland Speedway will be in action July 23rd 2011 of racing competition that will feature Super Late Models racing for $2,000 to win, Modifieds for $600 to win, Super Dirt Stocks for $300 to win,(with a 8 car min.) Front Wheel Drives for $150 to win (8 Cars or more for the $150.00 if less than 8 $100.00 to win. The only reason guys we are doing this is we want these class to grow so we can have a larger pay out it up to you guys.

    Activities for the July 23rd 2011 will see the pit area and general admission area open at 4:00 P.M. With Hot Laps set to start at 7:00 p.m., followed by time trials and green flag racing. Ticket prices for the July 23rd 2011 event in the general admission area will be $15, with children ages 10 and under admitted free, with a pit pass being $35.

    Lake Cumberland Speedway is located at 1 Racetrack Road just south of General Burnside Island State Park, just south of Burnside, KY. Brandon Hardgrove is the track promoter and presents dirt track racing on Saturday evenings from March to October.     hasnt ever returned to lcs after terry tomlison got in to him in a heat race and pretty much took out the entire drivers side

    Ratliff and a few others are goin to florence for the north/south tune-up. Linville is takin the weekend off. ( on linvilles website)

    cant believe linville would skip out he is point leader of series maybe just maybe he is afraid to show after the butterball race i like watching him but come on thats just stupid to miss out on points when your the leader

    Ding ding we have a winner. Was in the rear of his heat and the rear of the consy.

    When he qualified his engine sounded like someone put water in his gas. It was running rough! Sounded better during the heat and the consy, but he was never a factor.

    Like someone else said, it's a totally different class of driver up at Florence. The regulars are good and will make you earn your positions up there, not to mention the guys like Jewell, James, Carrier, Lanigan, etc.
