Her racing career began in the hobby stock division where she took rookie of the years honors at Lake Ozark Speedway. In 2006 she moved up to the late model division and has been racing tracks across Missouri and surrounding states ever since. In 2008 Ashlee was a NASCAR Drive for Diversity participant.
