Thank God for Montana!
Alan
-
Thanks for keeping all of us unfortunate people that have to stay home informed with updates tonight!!!
You can make plans, but you can't plan the outcome
-
Thanks for the updates Montana you the best
-
Thank you to all of you for viewing my thread tonight, I wasn't going to do this, but, this is too big a race not to
Was really impressed with Sheppard, Ronnie Lee, and Jason Rauen.....If Jason's car holds together tomorrow night, he's gonna' be a major factor !

Thanks Montana! We really appreciate your updates. Makes us feel like we are sitting in the stands! Only way I can get any info is from one of my drivers twitter accounts which is kinda hit and miss. Thanks again!

You're welcome Alan; it's a pleasure, I can relate trying to get updates when someone's not there....this Cedar Lake announcer is really LOUD isn't he ? About blows out a guy's eardrums, he oughta' tone it down a trifle !
-
How was the track? And is Jason Rauen the driver from Canada?
I could not make it up there tonight but will be there tomorrow!
Thanks montana!
-
Didn't here any complaints about the track, it must have really racy, cars were coming from the back to front with relative ease by the sound of it, and Jason is from Iowa, races with the Deery Brothers and Corn Belt Clash, but he finished 6th in the Summernational race earlier back on the 17th of June at Cedar Lake.

Thanks for the updates

Hammerdown Jason Rauen is a graduate of the old WDRL series. Car has been extremely fast this summer. Only knock on Rauen......inconsistency. Wonder about WoO provisionals? the WoO guy's may need them along with those emergency provisional.
Eckert looks real strong along with Mars, Richards and the Simpsons. Birky is in the Amain by winning Thursday portion of the USA Nationals. Head Zero may be in jeopardy of not making the Final.
-
Judging from the first day as a whole the WoO, Lucas, and Moyer seem a step behind the lesser known drivers. Very interesting.
-
wHAT A RACETRACK AND THAT RAUEN KID MIGHT BE
FOR REAL
-
My bad montana, didnt know you were doing this or I would have switched over, I thought the heats were very good
-
No Eric, don't worry about it, I had both the coverage on video and listening to the audio at the same time. Some really good cars are going home tomorrow night before the 100 lapper.
-
Possible B-Main lineups (subject to change)
B-Main lineups are posted in the first post on this thread

Great Job Jared Hawkins cant wait to see the replay tomorrow!!!!!!
-
The track was really racy tonight. The local/regional guys really beat up on the travelers. It all started with the draw. It seemed like all the big hitters qualified late when the lap times really dropped off and that put them in the back of the heats. Heat 2 was 7 deep with the best of the best. It was almost a perfect storm for the local/regional guys. The heats were too short for them to get into the top three. The local/regional guys around CLS are too strong in that short of a heat to go from the back to the front.
Dirt on Dirt Live Video was awesome! Even to the other side of the planet!

Holy B-mains Batman!!!! Those will be great to watch, no matter, 2 or 3
-
next thing you know, the travelling series' stars will be asking for pill draw and passing points instead of time trials!
maybe just my incorrect perception of past events, but cedar lake always seems to have a good showing from local racers. best wishes to all.
thanks montana for the results thread.
And the days that I keep my gratitude higher than my expectations, well, I have really good days - Ray Wylie Hubbard
