Does anyone know the order you can do the two valves at the same time. #1 intake and #4 exhaust etc

Set #1 to TDC and adjust intake on #2 and exhaust on #8
Rotate 90 degrees (get #8 to TDC) then adjust intake on #1 and exhaust on #4
Rotate 90 degrees (get #4 to TDC) then adjust intake on #8 and exhaust on #3
Rotate 90 degrees (get #3 to TDC) then adjust intake on #4 and exhaust on #6
Rotate 90 degrees (get #6 to TDC) then adjust intake on #3 and exhaust on #5
Rotate 90 degrees (get #5 to TDC) then adjust intake on #6 and exhaust on #7
Rotate 90 degrees (get #7 to TDC) then adjust intake on #5 and exhaust on #2
Rotate 90 degrees (get #2 to TDC) then adjust intake on #7 and exhaust on #1
