On Saturday, August 13, 2011, Ryan and crew headed up to Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex. Lady Luck didnt shine too bright on Ryan initally on Saturday as he drew a pretty bad pill, but she certainly came thru by the end of the night! Ryan started 6th in his heat race but had a great run and ended up finishing in the second spot. For the feature, it was decided that the top two spots in each heat race would be inverted and Ryan snagged the outside pole. Needless to say...the whole Flyin Ryan team was excited and nervous for this young, 14-year old driver. Ryan had the honor of co-leading the pack with fellow High Gear Warrior Race car driver, Bobby Cossel. Ryan was able to pass Cossel on lap nine of the 20 lap feature and never looked back...claiming his fourth win of the year and 2nd Fastrak win.

The night before, on Friday, August 12, 2011, Ryan raced at Elkins Motorspeedway. Due to rain from the prior week, double features were on the schedule. The week before, Ryan had won his heat race at Elkins, but it was decided to invert the top six and so Ryan would start the feature in the 5th spot. He was able to maintain that position and finished 5th. For the second feature, Ryan began in the 11th spot and had moved up to the 7th spot. Around lap 14, Ryan spun on turns 3 and 4 and was moved to the back. Since it was so late in the race and only a few laps remained, Ryan decided to pull off.
