    Default Aluminum block repair

How reliable would a block be if it had cracks on two mains and had been repaired with 400 mains

Depends on what brand of block and who fixed it

It seems that they all seem to crack in about 5 seasons. Thats been my luck any way. I have never ran a welded block, heads, well thats another story!

If it's a rodeck block sell it to someone building a street rod or something that it won't get loaded heavily. Donovans are alittle better and usually worth fixing. Brodix get it fixed and it should be good for awhile. Try Bowmans block and head service.
