Default Blue flame out both headers

Got motor back in and started. When let off throttle there is blue flame out both headers and has pop (backfire) with blue flame. Changed carbs and still has the flame. Any ideas what it could be? Is it too lean? Ignition issue? Didn't change anything from before and now I got the flame. Anyone have this issue?

Sounds like retarded igntion timing or too rich. Unburnt fuel burning in the pipes.

Try closing the idle screws down. Did this when I ran hobby class; a good distraction when you drop the throttle going into the corner on the guy behind you.
