The top side of the track is really starting to work in turn one. Ben Adkins looked faster than any car up there all night and was flying!!

Chris Stotts started dead last in his mod heat and was in third after one corner running the top shelf. He passed Doug Adkins high on lap five and beat him to the line by half a straight!!!!

Ok so now I don't know what to think. They just ran the late model b-main and Kenny Christy won. Jackie Boggs was driving the 10w car that he was supposed to drive in the feature. He started like 9th and made it to second. They were only taking the top two. Here's the kicker, Chuck kept saying what a good job the Whiticker guy, I think that was his name, was doing. It was clearly Jackie in the car as the guy ran like 7th or 8th in his heat and was all over the place.

Now Jackie has a guaranteed spot in the feature from making the dash, and he qualified the 10w in from the b-main so I have no clue what they are gonna do.

I will give more updates as soon as I can.

Dohm puts Conley in the wall on the front stretch and Conley loops coming out of two. Dohm drives like an idiot these days. First the crap he pulls at southern now this.

Carrier went from 4th to 1st in one lap before the caution.

Will post results after race. Too much excitement!!!!

If they have the track prepped as good or better for the hillbilly weekend it should be a GREAT weekend.

I want to give a shout out for the entire Dillow family for all the hard work they put into this race. It's one of my favorites every year and they work thier tails off not just to keep Freds memory alive but for us fans as well!!!!

Another great Dillow race. Too bad the Lucas guys won't tolerate a racy track.
    We'll miss ya Doc Watson...

Yeah, that was clearly Boggs drving the car. I think at issue, there might be a rule stating Boggs can't drive the car until the a-main. I think they played a little switcheroo and played it off as Watson was driving. I'm not sure about that rule but from what I recall at other race tracks, a driver must drive the car he qualified until the a-main, then they can change off. That happened at Florence during North-South I think, Mars wanted to drive his backup but had already qualified his main car.

So, during the a-main, they clearly were in their proper cars, 10w was all over the place and slow as usual. If they were going to go to all that trouble then why didn't they switch cars and let watson run the 4b for a few laps and pull off then let Jackie make a run at a top 5 finish?

If anyone should be mad, it should be the 3rd place car in b-main, he clearly got screwed out of a starting position in the a-main. All this is assuming the backup rule I stated before. If there is no rule like I said then all's fair.
