What is the best way to roll the lip on the wheel well to get rid of the sharp edge?

An easy edger. They are pretty expensive though. Don't be fooled by the little vice grip looking things you see people selling, they SUCK!!! The only way to get a good hem on a curved cut is an easy edger.

I use a base ball bat. I take a pliers and curl the lip to where I want it at the top of the wheel well. Then I jack up the frame of the car and remove the spring. Lower the car and starting at the lip that you made with the pliers work either forward or back just rolling the bat along the top of the tire and the body.
My sarcasm is a pre-emptive strike to your stupidity!!

I use linemans pliers and roll the entire wheel well about where I want it. Then I use a body hammer to smooth and reshape from underside of lip I just bent.

Take a pair of regular pliers and weld 1/4 or 1/8 round rod on just the width of the jaws. You can do 2 qtr. panels in 5 minutes.

take a 2x2 or whatever, slice a notch in it about 2-3 inches deep and round one side, and use that. I think Allstar makes one but its a lot cheaper to make your own.

SS Motorsports hit the nail on the head. We been doing it that way for years. Roll the front part out and from the joint of the door and quater back roll it under
