NATURAL BRIDGE SPEEDWAY’S SUNOCO FALL CLASSIC
Two Days of Thunder in the Valley!

Natural Bridge, VA; It is that time of the year at Natural Bridge Speedway as the excitement level is increasing. Just a couple weeks away, the Sunoco Fall Classic is slated for September 30th and October 1st at the 3/8 mile oval. Located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley just a few miles off of I-81 near Natural Bridge, Promoter Larry Ramsey has slated Super Late Models, Limited Late Models, Sportsman, Pure Stock and Street Stocks over the 2 nights of racing action.

The season ending event for the Super Late Models is paying $8,000 to win and $750 to start the 50 lap feature. Two time defending Fall Classic Champion Jamie Lathroum heads a list of drivers that are expected to be on hand, Jason Covert, Booper Bare, Bo Feathers, Jeremy Miller, Gary Stuhler, Steve Shaver, Andy Anderson, Ronnie DeHaven Jr.. Walker Arthur, Daryl Hills, D.J. Meyers. This is just a few of drivers expected to battle for the $35,000 total purse up for grabs! This event will use an Open Tire Rule!

There is a Super Late Model Bonus Program $250 for the driver who sets Fast Time; The Dash Winner will pocket $500! $250 for Hard Charger and $250 Travel Bonus (The Driver traveling the furthest, Map Quest will be used to determine.)

The Limited Late Model drivers will be battling for $1,500 to win in their 40 lap event and $150 to start. This event will use Steel Block Bandit Engine rules and Open Tire Rule! This event will draw some of the top Limited Late Models drivers from around the region as they try to win their part of the Sunoco Fall Classic at the Natural Bridge Speedway!

The schedule of events is; Friday night will be qualifying and heat races for Super Late Models, Limited Late Models and Sportsman Plus a complete Pure Stock Program. Saturday night will be a Dash for the Super Late Models as well as B-Mains and Features for Sportsman, Limited Late Models and Super Late Models with a complete Street Stock program. Gates will open both nights at 4pm with Drivers Meeting at 6pm and Hot Laps beginning at 6:15pm.
