Grinding AR G-60 Tires

What are the best methods for getting the most forward and side bite out of these tires when grinding them? Any info is greatly appreciated.

I use this, it sipes the tire with tiny sipes you can determine the depth by the pressure you apply, it lets heat in for quick starts and overall better performance.
