You wouldn't think a lack of cell signal would be a problem from there???

No cell signal from stands or pit area inside track. The only signal in the past races were at top of the hill in parking lot next to highway!!!

i was there friday and saturday. never had a problem with cell service and I was all over in the pits.

I was there all yesterday and last night. I had plenty of signal with Verizon!
Super right now is
Davenport, Vic Hill, Madden, T. Knowles, Jake Knowles. I think only half the field is still running. Clint out early with motor I heard. Not at the track, this is just from a friend sending me texts (with a cell - lol) that is there.

We were parked inside the pits right out of turn 4 and had terrible service with our at&t phones.

If Madden was DQ'ed for tires, what was Hill DQ'ed for?

Someone posted on Facebook that Hill was 2nd, Madden 3rd??????And someone else was hearing Madden tires didn't pass tech either??????

#47 Tyler Ivey ran a good race, after setting fast time in the supers, and then getting shuffled in his heat race, started 21st in Super's Feature, ending up with a 6th place finish. Only like 7 cars on the lead lap with 9 or 10 finishing....There were a lot of wrecked cars, the 22 of William Thomas fliping and landing onto Tyler Ivey car on lap 8 or so, and then late in the race, a horrabile flip in turn 1 by Nasworthy in the 0 car, if you got DOD there's a few good pics of car....
...but that 49 car was in it's own area code.....heard it was a brand new car, 1st race.
Congrats to Ivdent Lloyd on his win, and Tyler to his 2nd place in the sportsman Lates! AWESOME sportsman race!

Does anyone know of anywhere there might possibly be a write-up about these races?? Keep seeing bits and pieces, but no full results.
Would love to have been down there--EAMS has got the whole good time party thing going on!! Only track besides Eldora that I have ever been to that has more 4 wheelers than race cars!

The #121 in super late model looked like he had a light in the area of the radiator. Does anyone know what it was? have never seen it on another car in all my years of racing. just wondering? Also, I understand the track wanting to do everything for the drivers and so on, but why do u stop the racing at 4:40pm to groom the track for 3 hours to only have it dust back up 12 laps into the main. Hell we had to sit in it for 3 hours prior to grooming....what was 1 more hour?? could have been home at 8:30 or 9 instead of 11? just asking not bitching.

I think that glowing light is where is transponder is. I saw this on his car at the Magnolia 100 last weekend.
Either that or a crew member left his light down in there 2 weeks in a row!
