go to stlracing.com, forum, racing tweets or racing updates. Apparently tri-city is on a shower hold now.

Bloomer slid over the top of Owens's nose, flattened Owens's left front, and went on to win.

Got it wrong my friend. Owens pulled a bad slidejob and flattened his own tire.. Bloomer made a clean pass on his slidejob and owens hit in in rear. Owens ran last 12 or so laps with flat left front. BLOOMER IS THE MAN!@!@!

If that really happened, it should make for an interesting few days on 4M.

I just watched the video on DoD and I have to say it was good, hard racing and Jimmy made the contact that hurt his car. He ran into the back of the 0.

Agreed, just hard racing. Owens "used up" Bloomer in 2 in taking the lead, and could not have been shocked when he got an agressive (but clean) slider back in 3. He had time to lift, and chose not to. If it was anyone's fault, it was Owens's. At the very least, you can say that he sure wasn't racing like someone protecting a 110-point lead in the championship.

here comes the ridicule, but I'll say it anyway...

Yes Owens was pretty aggressive in his move in 1 & 2, but he was right in what he said on DoD. If I had a dollar for everytime Bloomquist ran someone up the track like that I could fill my gas tank a few times

If I had a dollar for every time Scott, Jimmy and all the other drivers did that, I would be a rich man. Fact of the mater is, all contact was intiated by Jimmy. He banged Scott pretty bad, then he ran into the rear end of Scott's car.

I am a Team Zero fan, so I hate to see stuff like that happen, but it is what it is. Jimmy is a great guy, and should the entire thing have happened in reverse, Scott would still have gotten the blame. That's just the way it is.

I respect great drivers and I love them both. As a matter of fact, I think they are the 2 best drivers in the sport right now. Hands down. But .. what happened, happened. Those 2 will move on quicker than the Bloomquist haters will.
