Depends a little, if you can find some of the older 18 degree iron heads then the 23 degree stuff wont keep up. If you have to stay 23 degree than the above mentioned are good.
RHS 14 degree, providing you keep the port small enough will have exceptional port velocity and make good numbers. This is probably the most pricey option though, as all bolt-on items are specific to this head.
I thought I was in Dirt Stock section, so I assumed a 350-500 2bbl 355-360ci was in question......If open motor then a set of HVH Dart\RHS ported heads 220-227cc range would be best bet as far as power\drivability is concerned.....
