we found they were very good if you were out in front or able to run the same predicable line like in qualifying. however. i did not like the feeling when you were changing from high to low line or when throttle was on/off while in traffic. was never sure how it was going to react. i will say that when you had it hooked up with the progressive spring it is way better than a standard rate. but good luck getting hooked up and keeping it hooked up.

Once we found the range to work in it was great. One or two turns completely changed the cars drive. DO NOT over adjust once you found where it worked. I never thought it was a problem in traffic.

i had a little luck with one on a super dry slick track with a lot of rebound in the shock, i like to try new things, but i wound up back on conventional springs and just change spring according to track conditions, which i rarely do now, cant afford to travel much anymore.

I like mine! I think I am one of the few. I also don't preload. I just take up slack and go.

Progress is always good & the best thing about progressive springs is the best thing is always next!

And it has been running well (if we're talking about the same car).
The guy wheeling it has quite a bit to do with it though.

Chinn drove it in it's debut. Where is it now?

When we got it last winter first thing we did was put it on the spring checker. I cannot remember exactly how the numbers were but at about an inch and a half it went to like over 550 lbs instantly, sorta like coil bind.

Not sure if we're talking about the same car or not. I'm talking about the car that Marty O'Neal has been driving lately. I'm pretty sure it's the same car that C.J. had out earlier in the year because it has a unique driver side door/window with a little flip down section. I keep meaning to ask Marty but I end up with other things on my mind at the track. He's been running pretty well in it.

OK. That jogged my memory. It is the same car I am pretty sure.
